	Economic Recovery Projects in Northeast Missouri Create jobs, improve roads and save lives. 2010 Pavement Improvement Projects in Northeast Missouri The 2010 projects listed are in addition to what we already have planned for work during the summer of 2010. Approximately $5.525 million will be spent improving the minor road system, which includes 117 miles of resurfacing and pavement improvements with almost 70 miles funded by ARRA funds.
